A commercial enterprise is located on the ground floor of the building. In the case of the upstairs apartment, the building owners would like an adaptation to contemporary living and an extension to include an open area. To make it easier to decide between the options for a balcony with a green roof and the alternative in the form of a spacious terrace, various variants were visualized as 3D renderings for illustration.
