New Office building in Graz

Construction of a office building for the social sector with around 400 m² of usable space in a barrier-free design with state-of-the-art energy supply by an air source heat pump as well as underfloor heating and air conditioning systems supported by a photovoltaic system.

The single-storey design and the green flat roof harmoniously integrate the building structure into the surrounding area and visually reflect the design of the company’s adjacent office complex.
