Nursing home Perchtoldsdorf

After the necessary demolition of the existing buildings, a new nursing home with 144 beds will be built on the almost 1-hectare site. The barrier-free building will be designed with a flat roof, two elevator systems, external escape stairs, parking spaces for 21 cars, a PV system and attractive outdoor facilities.
