The groundbreaking ceremony for the sustainable construction of a new 144-bed nursing facility took place on June 1, 2026, at the site located at Elisabethstraße 30 in Perchtoldsdorf.

Provincial Councilor Christiane Teschl-Hofmeister, State Parliament Representative Marlene Zeidler-Beck, Mayor Andrea Kö, Deputy Mayor Anton Platt, builders and operators Hermann Harg and Hermann Harg Jr. (KBG), Thomas Gogg (Althea), Stefan Lipp (Porr), and other distinguished guests accepted the invitation.

Erika Siegmann, M.Sc., and architect Andreas Harich, M.Sc., represented the architectural firm Harich, which is proud of the “Klima aktiv” Bronze certification awarded to the project as early as the planning phase.
