The design includes the new construction of a two storey building with four parts of a structure placed on complex terrain, based on the promising subject matter of blending living and outer spaces for young and old.

Planned as a massive building with brick wall construction and armored concrete, the projecting parts of buildings are architecturally accentuated with a facing tile with wooden appearance and furnished with green roofs. The design was drafted in such way that the east sides of the building, the entrance and the sides of the access balconies, feature a vertical facade greening via steel ropes that are decorated with climbing plants.
