Thermal renovation and expansion of a nursing home

The Maria Lanzendorf nursing home is being expanded by 31 single and 11 double rooms and undergoing thermal renovation. The existing building will be slightly modified and have an additional story added. Furthermore, a ramp in the delivery area, emergency stairwells, a bed and passenger lift, a retaining wall, and 8 parking spaces will be constructed. Outside, investments will be made in landscaping the courtyard with walkways and a fence including a gate.
