Thermal renovation and expansion of a nursing home

The Maria Lanzendorf nursing home underwent thermal renovation and was expanded to include 31 single rooms and 11 double rooms. The existing building underwent minor modifications and the addition of an extra story. Furthermore, a ramp in the delivery area, emergency stairwells, a bed and passenger elevator, a retaining wall, and eight parking spaces were constructed. Outdoor improvements included the design of the courtyard—featuring walkways—and the installation of perimeter fencing and a gate system.
