Residential complex “Velden hills”

A residential complex with a total of 19 units was planned in a sunny location with panoramic views in the western bay of Lake Wörthersee. The 2- to 5-room apartments with sizes from 53 – 166 m² are situated on the ground floor, upper floor and attic floor of the main building and the two bungalows.

Flooded with light, south-facing, open and with continuous window areas and large patio or balcony doors, the apartments are elegantly designed. Extensive balcony and terrace areas are located here. The complex is equipped with the latest technology, elevator, underground parking spaces and carports and is surrounded by spacious green and common areas.
