General overall remodeling and expansion of a building containing apartments, offices and companies

Ground floor: additional salesrooms, replacement of the access to the upper floors
1st to 3rd floor: used as apartments instead of offices
Attic: 3 instead of 2 apartments, access to the apartment n°17 over the ”Reiche”.

Special attention was given to a harmonic overall appearance, taking under consideration the surrounding buildings and the conservation of the architectural style of the historical city center.
