Neutorgasse Graz

This old Postal office and Telegraph Insitute was built in 1884 and is being renovated by us in the year 2013. From the 1st floor upwards we created approx. 8,500 m² of living space for students and office space for the post office and other local businesses in the ground floors. Reconstruction / Comprehensive rehabilitation in compliance with the conservation guidelines.
